As-Salaam Mufti,
If one arrives late for say Eesha Salaah & joins the congregation in the third Rakaat. Once the Imaam completes the Salaah, the latecomer needs to stand up to complete the missed Rakaats. Does the latecomer recite a surah after Sarah Fatiha because this is technically his third rakaat?
Please advise.
