Aqeeqah and cutting of the babys hair

1) Do we have to make aqeeqah on the 7th day or can we make it on the 3rd or 4th day?

2) Do we have to cut the hair of the baby on the 7th day or can it be done on the 3rd or 4th day?

3) Must the charity be given out on the 7th day or any day?
