Maaf, – Re Q2751 – I’m unclear on the answers to 2 & 3,
i will clarify;
Re 2 – my question is, – who takes responsibility for the kids, i.t.o guardianship, financial support etc where a male passes away and leaves behind a widow with minor children?
Re 3 – my question is – who controls a minor kids inheritance from their deceased father?

If a married male (who is a father as well) passes away;
1. who’s responsibility is the wife (widow), – in terms of financial support etc
2. who takes responsibility for the kids, i.t.o guardianship, financial support etc?
3. should the kids be minors, who controls their inheritances (until the time that they grow up and can take control over their inheritances)?
