Allahs veil;tasawwuf

Assalamualaykum wa Rahmatullah

I am aware that in several hadith it is mentioned that Allah’s Veil is Light and he we unveil the light on the day of Judgment so the believers will see Allah Ta’la. I was wondering if the veil is an attribute of Allah or if it is created.
