Allah referring to “man”]

Asslamualaikum

There are Muslims who are grateful to Allah in both times of good and bad.

So when Allah uses the word “man” in the ayat 51 of Surah Fussialt, who is Allah referring to?

And when We show favour to man, he withdraws and turns away; but when evil touches him, then he has recourse to long supplications (Quran 41: 51)
