reading quraan in haiz

Respected muftie.
If a female have her haiz, is she allowed to recite surahs and is she allowed to read from the quraan if she is not holding it and someone else turn the pages for her?
2. Surah baqurah... Should it be read for 40 days the whole surah or should it be read broken up over 40days?

A female in Haiz cannot make Tilawaat of Quraan. Tell someone to continue reading Surah Baqarah.
