Assalamualiakum… can a Muslim owned and controlled business, or a Muslim businessman or a Muslim ordinary taxpayer misrepresent their business financials to the SARS with the objective of NOT paying their legal statutory Income Tax obligations? (i.e their taxes on Nett Income)
