dreaming about a spider sting

Assalaamu’alaykum
Please interpret the following dream for me; I will keep it as short as possible.
I dreamt a spider stung me (sting came from the spiders abdomen). The sting was lodged in my skin and I pulled it out.
Thereafter I saw a big frog and there was a small spider eating the big frog. The frog and small spider belonged to my brother in the dream.
