What can be read when ones child is scared?

As salaam alaikum
1. I would like to know what i can read for my child. Everytime the azaan goes on she gets very scared and she is very restless at night.
2. What can i read to make her an obedient intelligent child.
She is 3 years old.

1) Read last 2 Surahs and blow on the child especially when crying.
2) When asleep, place hand on forehead, read 'Ya Shahidu' x11
