Not allowed to go for jummah namaaz at work

Respected Mufti Sahab, A month back i have joined a new job but suddenly the company owner is not allowing / not giving the time to go to Namaz .i.e. Jummah Namaz. In this case I need your help to sort out this matter or shall I have to resign the job and search for a better job.

also I request you to please let me know if there is any amal (Dua) for finding the best job within a specific period so that I can start amal.
