Selling trees with dates or fruit

If a date-palm or a tree is sold whilst it has dates or fruits still growing upon it, then who does the fruit belong to?

The fruit belongs to the seller, unless the buyer has specified otherwise. It will be said to the seller “Remove your fruits and hand over the tree to the buyer” (Kitaabul Buyoo).
