In one of you answers you said to read istikhfaar in abundance in napaak situations. What is the meaning of istikhfaar or did you mean istikarah. Please clarify and elaborate.
Istikhfaar - seeking forgiveness and 'Taubah' verbally
. Istikharah - is a Salaat and obviously not permissible in the condition of 'Haiz' any na-paak condition.
