Asalamhualaikum, jazak Allah for this great platform.

I am hanafi, if I have a plaster on and whenever I take it off I bleed profusely for a long time, is it permissible for me to keep the plaster on as I make wudu since the wound keeps opening and takes a long time to stop bleeding each time?

Keep the plaster on. Make 'Masa' over it. When the blood is seen on the top surface of the plaster then consider the Wudhu broken.
