Removing hair from the eyebrows

As salamu alaykum,

1) Can a woman take out a a small amount of hairs from the eyebrows just to neaten?

2) I found a hadith forbidding removing eyebrow hair, I also found one by Aisha RA allowing it for a married woman. Can you please shed some light in this.
