Hearing the imaam during the silents rakaats of maghrib and eesha

The Loud speakers used for salaah in a masjid are so loud that a person can hear the Imaam reciting surah faatiha in the silent rakaats of magrib and Esha.

Is the salaah behind the imaam still valid , considering that the qiraat in the rakaats after the first two should not be heard by the musallies?

Do the people have to repeat the salaah?

These days there is total mis-use of the loudspeaker systems. In most cases there is absolutely no need whatsoever for it. In the case states the Salaat is valid and does not have to be repeated.
