Dreaming of deceased father

Salaams Mufti i have been dreaming of my father who passed away two years ago please advise of dreams on two different occassions i dreamt that he was in hospital and taking sweets to him and the other was that we went shopping and bought a whole lot of chocloates. i dont dream of my father often but is there a significance to this. please advise.
