Menses in umrah

salaams, dear mufti-saheb
. my daughter has just become baligh, and we are planning to go for umrah.
what i would like to know is:
-if we are in madinah and for example she gets menses a day or two before leaving for umrah, what should she do?
-if whilst in state of ihraam she get her menses, what happens then?
-please bear in mind that we will only be there seven nigths in each.(madinah first)
also explain what does she do whilst in makkah if she has her menses for the entire time?
please note she is eleven yrs.
