Assalamu Alaikum,
1. I’ve heard that Salatul Hajaat and Tasbih are narrated from weak hadith. Is this true, if yes, why are we told to practice it?
2. Is diminishing musharakah permissable? (Assuming bank adheres to shariah)
3. Rainbow chickens, should we abstain because of the cruelty and not facing the qibla inter alia, or because they are not slaughtering with tasmiyya, or is it a bit of both. Please help, I’m totally confused.
4. Can a person who has, say a PhD in shariah be “trusted” with regard to Islamic advice and fataawa? I know that he hasn’t studied in India or Pakistan, but he did study Islam (as well as complete hifz).
