During Salaah it is a waajib act to recite Attahiyaat?

During Salaah it is a waajib act to recite Attahiyaat to....In it we are directly sending durood to Nabi(SAW) as though he is infront of us hence I am not saying he is but then how can the barelvi act of salami be condemned kindly explain in relation to this.

It is Sunnat to read Attahiyaat.
This is proper and substantiated in Shariaat. We are called to practise upon it. See article 'Salaami' on site.
