Massallah pertaining to talaaq

Asslamu Alaikum Warahmatullah
I warned my wife “if you go to job then consider it one talaaq” She did not pay it any heed and despite my warnings on and off she went to job.

when wife uncle inquired what i have said then i lied to make him fool intentionally that i have said to my wife “if you go to job 2nd & third time then consider it full talaaqs”

now my wife has gone to job second and third time as well. Please tell if our marriage ties are broken permanently or still some hope.
