My ex-husband and I were married in S.A. court system.( Community of Property),He divorced me 6 yrs ago. He was taking all the rent money that was paid for the home we owned together in SA. Now that the home is sold and he has to give me half of the money he says that it is haram for me to take that money. He gave me a divorce and left me with the 3 children and has not supported them in any way.Is it haram for me to take the money and was it not haram for him to share the rent money with me for 6years
