Massallah pertaining to intercourse and ghusul

I’d like to know if after one has relations with his spouse and not having a ghusl immediately for some reason , but washes thoroughly one finds alittle semen on his pants , is only the pants that need be washed or even the other clothes been worn eg; t-shirt,topee,socks,pullover etc ?
