Dreaming of falling or jumping

Assalam o alaikum,

Respected Sir, I want the interpretation of a dream. I usually see that I am either falling from a building top or jumping from a high roof top or high place and sometimes try to cling on to something to save myself from falling and as such I fear in my dream and my sleep breaks due to this fear.

What does this indicate.

Sometimes you suffer from depression, grief, and sorrow. Recite 'Hasbunallaah wa ni'mal waqeel' a 100 times after every Salaat. InshaAllaah all grief, sorrow, and depression will go away.
