As-salaamu-alaimuk Muftisap
I have a question with regards to marriage, I am married for 10 years, have 3 children, I have a very ill tempered wife that I cannot continue to live with, she is rude to me and is vulgar to me and my kids,we are both unhappy and we have no intimacy at all for the last few months. I cannot live like this, I would like to know what are my options, should I get married again or should I opt for a divorce, in which case what are the rules regarding custody of my children.
Please advise

Make Sabr. Try to understand what is making her angry an behave in a different manner. Increase Salaat and Quraan performance in the house itself. Try not to think of divorce.
