Asalaamualaikum Mufti saheb
My brother was shot and passed away almost instantly a month ago.It was very sudden and is very difficult to cope with, i do not question the will of Allah but my mind cannot rest with whether he is in a good place now or not. Everyone says he had a shaheed maut because of how he passed away but still i cant rest my mind. i make dua and read and sent for him hoping it will help him. my question is, is their anything or any dua i can read that could make me know whether he is in a good place or not? Also i would like to know what is the significance of reading of the kalimah at the time of death,if one doesnt read it does it mean you die without imaan?
Mufti saheb please make dua for my marhoom brother, Allah forgive him and have mercy upon him, and Allah grant my family sabr un jameel.
