Females reciting nazams,qasidas, naats etc

What is the ruling regarding females reciting nazams,qasidas, naats etc, and qiraats which are then broadcasted on the radio, other islamic events and in people's homes? Is it permissible?

If there be only females listening then the room for permissablity exists, provided the words are within the perimeters of the Shariat, it is not permissable to be aired, this will open many doors of fitnah and fasad.
