Asalaamu-alaikum I would like to know the reason why women are not allowed to cut their hair, and if a women cuts her hair due to the fact that it is gone too thin, and tapering, she is not imitating others, has her is hair covered at all times, what will be the punishment for doing so under these circumstances be?
