I am having to retype this question because I am unsure if the previous one having a similar title got published or not.

1. If a person, in the context of teaching/describing to his wife how talaaq is given in sharia, repeats many of the words or sentences typically used to issue it, would it fall?

2. In the hanafi fiqh, would hurmat-e-musharah apply in the following conditions.
a) Viweing a prohibited female accidentally when she was changing clothes. The female was wearing both upper and lower undergarments and was not fully exposed at any point in time.
b) The viewing was brief lasting 2 or 3 seconds, not long enough time to result in an erection or even lust simulataneously.
c) The viewing was over a cctv camera (security camera) and not in person.
