Please confirm where the following types of monies can be used and not used: -Zakaat, Lillah, Sadaaqah and Interest

Zakaat - only to Muslims who are deserving it.
Lillah - to anyone.
Sadaaqah - to anyone, if not of Waajib of nature.
Interest - to the poor even Muslim poor.
