Until what time can the Fajr and Asr Salaah be read?

Assalamu alaikum. Respected Mufti Sahab, I want to ask that
Till what time one can read fajir (morning) namaz and Asar (eveing) namaz. Suppose the fajir namaz ends at 5.20 am India time so can one read the fajir namaz till 5.15 or last till 5.20. if one mises jamat and got up late so that the namaz does not get Qadha. Can one do like this or not. Or it has to be read 5 minutes before Tulu-e-aftaab or make it qadha after wards. What to do .Jazzak Allah

Fajr ends with the rising of the sun. . If one starts Fajr and the sun rises then Fajr is not valid. If you miss your Fajr then perform it after sunrise. Perform it with the 2 Sunnats if done before Zawwal.
