Unemployed Muslims or students obliged to pay Zakaat

If the unemployed Muslim or student is "Baligh" (mature) then if they have money (assets in terms of Shariat) which are more than the "Nisaab" (amount which makes one liable to give Zakaat) then they will have to give Zakaat.
