Telling parents you are going to divorce wife

Question ID: 39195

2 years ago I had a fight with my wife and during that time my parents took me to another room to avoid further fighting, at that time I told my parents that I am now going to give a divorce to her after meeting a lawyer. My wife was in another room and didn’t heard what I had said.

1) Does that means counting of one time among three times?

2)Is it a condition that the wife must hear or come to know what I said?

3) Speaking those words in alone or in front of someone else doesn’t matters?

1) This does not tantamount to any divorce.
2) It is not a precondition for the wife to hear.
