Talaaq and uttering of statements

Assalamu Alaikum
One one occasion in anger and in a fight my elder brother said following sentence
"Shariat ki maa ki choot"
He abused to Shariat and he is married. Please state if the aforementioned sentence is Kufr and is his Nikah intact or not?

His statement is full of carelessness and loaded with ignorance.
This although is not Kufr, but that person must make Taubah and Istikhfaar.
