If a Muslim wife has verbally said one of the statements below (in the past) or similar statements to the one’s below, due to lack of Islamic knowledge/understanding, but the her husband can’t remember exactly which she verbally said or if it is one of the statements below that she verbally said. And if the wife is asked, then she too maybe/probably
The statements that the wife might have verbally said in the past:
“I believe after the death of the husband, all(100%) his estate, money, lands, properties, belongings etc should and needs to go/belong/taken/given to the wife and/or she needs/has to have it all because she deserves it and has the right on it all as she is the rightful owner but nothing of the husband’s estate should be given to or taken by his children(sons and daughters) or his parents or his brothers and sisters or anyone else because they don’t deserve any of it and have no right on it and are not rightful owners”,
” I believe that the wife deserves 100% of everything after her husband’s death e.g. all the estate, all the properties, belongings, lands, money etc and nothing of the husband’s estate should/need/have/has to go/belong/given/taken to his children or his parents or his brothers and sisters or anyone else etc,”
