Assalaam-u-Alaikum

Dear Mufti Saheb

I hope you are well. My Questions are as follows:

1)Will a muslim slaughterer who publicly claims that for 17 years he cannot recite the tasmiya when slaughtering but still chooses to remains in the employ of the company be regarded as a faasiq in shariat ?

2)What is the credibility of evidence given by a faasiq in a shariat court ?

Jazaakallah

1) Depends on his job description

2) We have no Shariat courts in South Africa. Are you trying your level best to exonerate Sanha? A 'faasiqs' evidence is not acceptable in matters of 'Hudood'
