Saying one shouldn’t have a second marriage

Aslaamualaikum

If a Muslim sister verbally says:
“He (Ali) shouldn’t have got married again as he already has a wife, it’s wrong. Also my other friend (Shabnum) went to congratulate Ali and his new wife, and she shouldn’t have done that because Ali shouldn’t have got married again. Also Shabnum going and congratulating Ali has given him and his new wife the impression that Ali has done right by getting married again but it’s not right, it’s wrong, as he still has a first wife. He had done wrong to his first wife”
Does the Muslim sister verbally saying the above become a kaafir?
