Journey of the Spirit Cruise – Zain Bhikha, Shaykh Ninowy and more(Friday 30 Jan 2015)

I recieved an email inviting bookings for the above cruise.
This is a sea cruise arranged for ‘muslims’ via the company MSC cruises, whilst it sounds like a good opportunity for muslims who are prohibted from going on the ‘normal’ cruises offered by MSC cruises(gambling, music, mixing etc.) we wish to get Mufti Saheb opinion before considering further as it is advertised as a cruise with an Islamic ethos considering the concerns.

In our times Haraam activities and even Haraam food are classified Halaal by Ulema. How many Muslims Institutes, Schools, and Countries are actually Islaamic? Most of those who are trying to make this cruise Halaal are flagrant sinners and transgressing souls belonging to deviated sects. Their participation and sanctioning are for a few worldly benefits and mere monetary gains.?Who is going to stop the intermingling of sexes, listening of music, eating of Haraam mass-slaughtered chickens, and photography? How can one sanction these cruises thereby jeopardizing someone's Imaan and actions?
