Our offices are situated in an industrial area in Joburg, we have a namaaz room at our offices where we perform daily Zohar and Asar Prayers.
We are on average 5 people who pray together(some times a few more and sometimes less),we have an appointed Imaam and we perform our Salaah in Jamaat.
The nearest Masjid from our office is 3 km away.
Is our Salaah regarded as Salaah with jamaat (hence the extra reward,27 times superior. .)

Sometimes our Appointed Imaam at our office wants to leave early in the afternoon to make if for Jamaat at the Masjid for Asar Salaah , and the other Musalli’s prevent him from going so that he can be Imaam at our prayer . Is this correct in doing so and what would be the best option?

Salaat reward increases due to various factors. You are rewarded for performing Salaat alone, then more for with Jamaat, Then more for in a sheltered area, then more for in an official Jamaat Khana, then more for in a Masjid, then more for in a Masjid with a bigger congregation.

Then Salaat is more rewarding, firstly in Masjid-ul-Haram - Makkah then Masjid-un-Nabawi Madinah then Masjid-ul-Aqsa in Jerusalem then Masjid-e-Quba in Madinah. If someone else can make Imaamat then do so. Do not hold him. I do not understand "Appointed Imaam" fully.
