Assalam o alaikum,
Respected Mufit Saheb, I have few questions to ask.
1. Now days in flats the bathroom and the toilet are attached so can one cut the underarm, below navel hair etc in this bathroom and throw those hairs and water in the commode or drain it away as I have heard that one should not throw the cut hairs at a place where one goes to the loo. How far true is it and what should be done in the flat system as one does not want others to see to the unwanted hair. If it is right to drain it then is it ok for both male and female.
2. Can one cut ones hair which grows inside the nose and are long and itches sometimes and can one cut the hairs on the ears which grows long and does not look nice. Is it jaiz to cut it, again is it ok for both male and female.
3. How to cut our nails in the sunnat manner and on which day. Some say that there is no sunnat way of cutting ones nails.
