A non-Muslim female Member of Parliament was murdered in the UK. She is a young attractive woman. Wifaqul Ulama is a Deobandi Hanafi ulama organisation. They publicly posted their condolences on their Twitter account & on their website with a photograph of her face. Aside from the issue of whether photographs themselves are permissible or not, would there be any plausible Shar’iee rationale for posting a photograph of a woman on one’s website?
