Permissibility of going for Umrah with borrowed money

Aslm what advise would mufti give to a person who intends going for umrah with borrowed money? The person will pay back the money interest free over a period of about 6 months etc. Can the person go or should he rather wait? Jzk

If that person has a back-up payment arrangement e.g. If he dies whilst in Umrah then so and so will settle the debt or the one giving the loan will forgive, then one may go.
Also know Umrah is not Fardh.
