Performing taraweeh salaat in jamaat

Question

According to the Hanifi Madhab we cannot perform any nafl salaat in  jamaat, how is that we can perform taraweeh salaat in jamaat. Also can you please tell me how did Imam Hanifa derive this, from what action of our Prophet?

Taraweeh is Sunnat-e-Muakkidah. Derived from the action of Hadhrat Umar (R.A.)
