Greeting mufti, I was wondering, which is a more correct interpretation of things in Jannah, for example, like a watermelon: 1. We see a watermelon, for example; it looks nice, it tastes nice. Will there be watermelons in Jannah? Yes, there will. Just of a much better quality. The same watermelon, but of a quality and taste beyond what we’ve ever experienced. But it is a watermelon nonetheless. What we are saying is that a watermelon in the Dunyaa is a watermelon in Jannah. Just, the one in Jannah will taste better, look better, smell better, etc. 2.It is not really a watermelon. So for example, in regards to let say a watermelon in Jannah. Since you say our conception of things will be different, so in Jannah, it’s not really a watermelon nonetheless, just something better than we can imagine.t Jannah’s watermelon is something else entirely. I was curious between these two views, which is the more correct interpretation. Marked as spam
