An unmarried female is 7 weeks pregnant by a hindu male.
1) If he embraces Islam will he be able to get himself married to her without the consent of her wali?
2) Her parents want her to have an abortion at this stage. Will it be permitted as the lesser evil if the boy refuses to embrace Islam?
