Meaning and pronounciation of names

. I am aware that the name Laaibah has a beautiful meaning but I would like to know whether it is pronounced as spelt or with an ain(from the throat) as Laa’ibah? also the meaning and pronunciation of Zayyaana(female) and Hassanah

La'ibah = Thirsty.

Laiba means a player while Layba means thirsty, a woman who stays away from the water. Both these names are not good. We could not get the meaning of Laiba as "Leader of the Hoors in Jannah" in any dictionary, which you have quoted with the reference of internet.
