Massallah pertaining to unislamic rulings on a school application form

we have an islamic school in our town and on their enrollment forms they have a few rules which i feel they are unislamic can you give me the islamic rulling
1. if a student wishes to leave the school and go to another school or if they wish to stop circular education for purposes of hifz they have to give the school one term notice or pay the fees for the whole term even if they attended school for one week
2. if the student leaves school and goes to another government school and finds that they are not to comfortable at the new school and decide to return to the islamic school then they will not be allowed to enter.
3. if you have two children in the islamic school and both the children are subsidised on fees and if the parent takes one child and puts the child in another government school then the child that is at the islamic school will not be subsidised and will have to pay the full fees.

Private answer

1) It will be permissible if the agreement was made for a term
2) This is not ethical.
3) This not ethical, however understand most 'Muslim schools' are not Islaamic and run along business commercial lines, these commercial clauses are generally to be followed once signed.
