salaams mufti we have an islamic school in our town and on their enrollment forms they have a few rules which i feel they are unislamic can you give me the islamic rulling if a student wishes to leave the school and go to another school or if they wish to stop circular education for purposes of hifz they have to give the school one term notice or pay the fees for the whole term even if they attended school for one week
