Asalaamualaykum
1) A sheikh gave a lecture on moulood and said that it is permisable to praise Rasoolallah (SAW) as long as we do not praise him more than we praise Allah (SWT). He said that Muhammad (SAW) means ‘the praised one’ so we should praise him and that Allah (SWT) praises him and that no one can praise him more than Allah (SWT) does, so we can never praise him to much.
