assalamualaikum mufti saab
i have one major problem, i dont know if you could please help me….
my beloved marhoom father was married first to my step mum, from there he had one son. but before the son was born, his grand parents forced my father to divorce her.. hessitantly my father had to write the talaaq….
my father than told his first wife, that she is not pregnant with his child.
when he was born, my father tried to support him, send gifts and so on, but they would return it..
he never ever visited our grandparents,( fathers prents) never spoke to my dad. and dint keep my father surname..
i am the second child, being a daughter from the second wife who passed away, lived with my father till his last breath.. i took care of him, as he became bed ridden. my older brother used to visit now and than, bt never ever helped me bath, dress, feed, ghange father..
his kids do not have my fathers surname either.. everytime my father spoke to him about my dads wealth, he used to say he does not want a cent, and all should be given to me, he repeatedly used to say that whenever the subjct was brought out..
there is two witnesses of that.. since my beloved dad passed on, his demanding on his rights on the m0ney.. i would like to know

can he inherit even though he never regarded himself as my fathers sons by his actions?
he is living with his mother, is she allowed to benifit from it?
does his words fall away of saying he doesnt wnt anything?
and when our fathr was alive , he used to always tell my brother to change his surname to my fathrs, he never listened.
