Massallah pertaining to having Wudhu and touching kitaabs

Question

Assalamu Alaykum Mufti,
I would like to know if it is necessary to have Wudhu when
1)touching Salaat and Salaam or any other Durood Kitaab
2)touching a Kitaab that has some Qur'an verses inside
3)touching a Kitaab that has only Qur'an verses (eg. Ayaats of Shifaa)

2) No, if the Quraanic ayaats are less then non-Quraanic script.
3) One has to have Wudhu.
